Individual therapy is offered so that clients can meet with the therapist on a one-on-one basis in order to develop a better understanding of how to cope with stressors and build coping skills to deal with distressing emotions in a more effective way.

At Inner Clarity, LLC, your individualized treatment needs will be addressed and an evidence-based practice model will be used to treat your specific condition.  The following treatment modalities may be used: play therapy; cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which is commonly used in treating a wide range of mood disorders; dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which is used in treating individuals engaged in self-destructive, or self-harming behaviors; or exposure therapy, which is utilized in treatment of phobias, OCD, agoraphobia, and panic disorder.
